Welcome to the The Live Young community! You are reading these Terms because you are using The Live Young websites, digital experiences, social media platforms, mobile applications, wearable technology, or other products or services that are part of the The Live Young platform (the “Platform”).

You can access the Platform using computers, smartphones, tablets, consoles, or other devices (collectively referred to as “Devices”). Your telecommunications provider may charge standard rates and fees for using your Device.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The Live Young and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “The Live Young,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please refer to our list of local entities to identify the The Live Young entity providing the Platform to you and to find the relevant contact information.

Our Terms may change from time to time. Some jurisdictions do not allow unilateral updates to consumer agreements, so this section may not apply to you (see the Canadian terms for details). If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not affect your eligibility as an amateur athlete. Please check with your sports association to confirm the rules that apply to you. The Live Young is not responsible for any impact on your amateur status that results from your use of the Platform.
